1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The "Game" is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of ASC Promotions, Inc. ("API"), and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives' employees, API staff, dealers or retailers, advertising or promotion agencies (collectively the "Game Entities") are not eligible to win any prizes, nor are members of Game Entities' families or households. ASC Promotions, Inc. d/b/a RacingOne ("RacingOne") is the Promoter of the Game ("Promoter"). By entering the Game, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. The Game is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Game may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Game, participants agree to provide certain personally identifiable information (“Information”) to RacingOne and provides a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all Information in accordance with the RacingOne privacy policy located at RacingOne.com.

2. HOW TO PLAY: The Game runs from April 3 - 8, 2008. Only one answer accepted per email address.

3. HOW TO WIN:

The decisions of Promoter with regard to the winners and tiebreakers shall be final and binding.

Winners shall be notified within 10 days of determination of winners. Promoter will make three attempts to notify each winner. All claims for prizes must be made within ninety (90) days of the third attempt. Promoter may prohibit any participant or potential participant from participating in the Game, if at the sole discretion of Promoter, such person shows a disregard for the Official Rules, or acts: (1) in an unsportsmanlike manner; (2) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant, Promoter, or their agents or representatives; or (3) in any other disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE GAME ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. PRIZES. Note: in the event of a tie, the winners may receive a different, but comparable prize.

Total Value of Game is $15.00. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by each winner as a result of this Game are the sole responsibility of such winner. No alteration, substitution, or transfer of prizes or cash redemption permitted by winners. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value in the event the described prizes or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

6. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Game, participants grant Promoter the right, without obligation, to use their names, roster names, city and state of residence, score, ranking, voice, pictures and likeness, without compensation, for the purpose of executing the Game and also for the purposes of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of Promoter and all matters related to the Game in any manner or medium, throughout the world, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.

Winners may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, releases granting Promoter the right to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the services of Promoter and all matters related to the Game. If requested, winners will be required to execute these documents and return them within ten (10) days of receipt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at Promoter's discretion. In the event any winner declines his or her prize or fails to return completed releases, except where prohibited by law, Promoter may elect, at their own discretion, to select an alternate winner. Winners, by acceptance of the prizes, agree to release Game Entities from, and hold Game Entities harmless against, any and all liability for injury, damage or loss to any person or property relating to participation in the Game, delivery, receipt, ownership use or misuse of any prize, or preparation for, participation in, or travel to any prize-related activity.

Game Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Game; (ii) any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, human error, computer on-line systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Game; or (iii) any other condition caused by events beyond the control of Promoter or Game Administrator that may cause the Game to be disrupted or corrupted.

7. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant, Promoter or Game Administrator, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By playing the Game, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Game or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and participant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with playing the Game, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

10. GENERAL RELEASE: By playing the Game, participants release ASC Promotions, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, assigns, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Game or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light.
