Bryan Silas, of Stuart, Florida, has been racing since the age of 14. He started behind the wheel of a go-kart at St. Lucie Speedway. By the age of 16, Silas was racing Legends cars competitively, nationwide.
Silas spent the 2006 season getting his feet wet in the RE/MAX Series, competing in six events at Berlin Raceway, The Milwaukee Mile, Toledo Speedway, Chicagoland Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway and Iowa Speedway. Silas earned a best finish of 16th in September at Toledo.
Silas competed in the final two ARCA RE/MAX Series events of 2006 with FTR (Fast Track Racing) in preparation for his bid toward a full season in 2007 when he will compete for the Rookie-of-the-Year honors with Andy Hillenburg's No. 11 team.
When not competing on the ARCA schedule, Bryan competes in both the Sportsman and Limited Late Model divisions at Orlando Speedworld and New Smyrna Speedway.
