Already a championship winning driver in open wheel racing, Parker has moved to the ARCA/REMAX Series from USAC Midgets after two sucessful seasons.
Kilgerman began his racing career at the age of 13, driving two-stroke go karts in his local club. At 15, he moved to the Skip Barber Series where he won all three events in which he competed.
In 2006, Parker competed in the Formula TR Pro Series where he won 11 of 14 races in which he competed, and finished 2nd three times. Along the way he set a series record for poles and fastest race laps.
In 2007, Parker moved to USAC Midget racing where he was quickly up to speed competing against the National USAC drivers.
In 2008, as a member of the Cunningham Juniors Development Team, Parker was a consistent front runner at every event in which he competed. Now a Penske Development Driver, Parker looks to get back to his winning ways in ARCA in 2009.
